FLOORTECHNIQUETM AND A BASIC BALLET BARRE The class is now 90 minutes! Want to improve your placement and alignment? This class will answer your questions. The class combines Floortechnique© moves which will make you stronger, more centered and aligned, and then transfer the knowledge to a standing position at the barre. The movements are basic, nothing tricky, however some ballet knowledge is necessary. From Tendus & Pliés to Grand Battement - an entire barre will be given.
