About My Practice
I’ve been working with and practicing Pilates since the 80's. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your personal health and wellbeing.

Pilates Mat Class
Pilates With Apparatus
Classical Pilates Mat Class on Wednesdays from 18:00-19:00 and Thursdays from 17:00-18:00 Limited to 4 people.You must sign up for a series of 4 classes which costs 1200. Further discounts apply if buying more than 4 sessions.
This training incorporates a deeper connection to the body by using equipment that Joseph Pilates designed to give faster results. This training helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced.The Classical approach is used. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
This class uses balls of various sizes to roll and massage the entire body from head to toe. Releasing muscle imbalances and lengthening and releasing fascia. During workshops a focus may be on a particular body area for example the back,the hips.the knees,and feet.
